Includes: felt tipped wand, pillow, and a beautiful large seven metal Tibetan Singing bowl!

This 9" bowl was hand hammered and weighs 1395 grams. When played, it gives off the "B" note which resonates with the 7th Chakra, a.k.a. the "Crown".

These bowls are traditionally made of a special seven metal alloy of gold, silver, iron, mercury, tin, copper and lead. Each of the sacred metals is aligned with the seven heavenly bodies in our solar system and the seven chakras of our body. Additionally, each bowl is fine tuned to the specific note that affects and individual chakra.

The making of traditional singing bowls goes back 2,400 years to the time of the Buddha and has been handed down from gerneration to generation in India, Nepal and Tibet.
