Shipping & Return Policy
- Orders are shipped via USPS.
- Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge determined by the weight and the final destination of the product.
- All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless unforeseen circumstances occur. Orders will be received accordingly depending on type of shipment selected.
- Shipping charges are an estimated amount, final shipping charges may be slightly more or less which could result in a change to your final purchase price.
- All items sold on this website are examined for quality assurance and carefully packaged prior to leaving our warehouse. However, if there is any damage to the package in transit, please email us at email@example.com , and file a claim within 5 days from the delivery date.
- Any merchandise that shows signs of use or otherwise is in a condition other then it was received cannot be returned.
- Please DO NOT ship the damaged merchandise back to us. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
- Once you file a claim with us, please save the content in its original packaging. The carrier may choose to inspect the package. The claim may not be processed if the original packaging and its contents are not available. We will ship out a replacement to you immediately.
- We do not accept any returns on beauty products, including perfume oils.

- Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery.
- We do not cover your return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in 3-5 business days of receiving the package. We will credit you your total purchase price minus shipping and handling.
- Please make sure that your return is post-marked within 15 days of delivery. Any late returns will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, returns later than 30 days will not be accepted.
- Products must be in the new, un-used condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
- Once your return is received and inspected by Dancing Cranes Imports (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, this may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied and posted to your account.
- Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact customer service if you are unsure of sizing for any item prior to placing your order.
How to return products:
- Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package securely, then ship to the address below within 15 days of your purchase date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). - If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, reason for return (do share), order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return.
- If you need further assistance prior to returning your item(s), please e-mail us at email@example.com.
- Additionally, we recommend that you pay for any insurance offered by the carrier you choose, as Dancing Cranes Imports cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
- If you are would like to exchange merchandise and would like the new items shipped out prior to us receiving the old items, this is not a problem. Simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Your credit card will be authorized and charged for the cost of the new items and will be processed immediately.
- Once we receive the item(s) you are returning, a full refund for that item(s) will be issued back to your credit card or original method of payment.
