Shipping & Return Policy
- Orders are shipped via USPS.
- Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge determined by the weight and the final destination of the product.
- All orders will be prepared to ship within 2-3 business days. Orders will be received accordingly depending on type of shipment selected.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- Damaged goods/missing items claims are to be handled through the shipping carrier (USPS). Once the items leave our facility the shipping carrier is the responsible party.
- All items sold on this website are examined for quality assurance and carefully packaged prior to leaving our warehouse. However, if there is any damage to the package in transit, please email us with a picture included at firstname.lastname@example.org, and file a claim within 5 days from the delivery date.
- Please DO NOT ship the damaged merchandise back to us.
- Once you file a claim with us, please save the content in its original packaging. The carrier may choose to inspect the package. The claim may not be processed if the original packaging and its contents are not available.
- If your package did not have shipping insurance, we may be able to send a replacement product depending on the circumstance.
- Products must be new, in an un-used condition to be considered for a return or exchange.
- We do not accept any returns on perfume oils.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please email us at email@example.com.
- Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery.
- We do not cover your return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in 3-5 business days of receiving the package. We will credit you your total purchase price minus shipping and handling.
- Please make sure that your return is post-marked within 15 days of delivery. Additionally, returns later than 30 days will not be accepted.
- Once your return is received and inspected by Dancing Cranes Imports (usually within 48 hours of receiving), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, this may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied and posted to your account.
- Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact customer service if you are unsure of sizing for any item prior to placing your order.
How to return products:
- Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package securely, then ship to the address below within 15 days of your purchase date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). - If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, reason for return, order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return.

- Additionally, we recommend that you pay for any insurance offered by the carrier you choose, as Dancing Cranes Imports cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
