Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge based on weight and destination.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected.

In-Store Pickup:

  • If you choose in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be held at our Salt Lake City location for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, unclaimed in-store pickup orders will incur a 10% restocking fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original credit card used for purchase.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • All items are inspected for quality and securely packaged before shipping.
  • Once your package leaves our facility, USPS is responsible for any loss or damage.
  • If your item is damaged upon arrival, please email a photo to dancingcranesimports@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and file a claim with USPS.
  • Do not return damaged merchandise to us.
  • Keep all original packaging, as USPS may require an inspection.
  • If you did not purchase shipping insurance, a replacement may be possible depending on the situation.

 

Return Policy

  • Items must be new and unused to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Perfume oils are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Contact dancingcranesimports@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return and will reflect the purchase total minus original shipping and handling.
  • Returns postmarked after 15 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds may take 2–10 additional business days to appear, depending on your credit card provider.
  • Please avoid bulk ordering with the intent to return most items. For sizing help, contact us before ordering.

 

How to return products:

  • Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package securely, then ship to the address below within 15 days of your purchase date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). All returns should be mailed to:

  • If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, reason for return, order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return.
  • If you need further assistance prior to returning your item(s), please e-mail us at dancingcranesimports@gmail.com.
  • Additionally, we recommend that you pay for any insurance offered by the carrier you choose, as Dancing Cranes Imports cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
